Predator warranty

Predator products bought from CenTex Pro Shop are covered by Predator's limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Predator also offers a 30-day money-back framework on many products; where it applies, we channel it for you.

If something is wrong with a Predator product, contact us first with your order number and photos. We open the claim with Predator and handle the back-and-forth. Predator makes the final call on warranty claims under its own terms; we facilitate the process.

Returns on other products

Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of pickup or delivery for a refund by the method you paid with. Apparel must be unworn with tags attached. Chalk, tips and other consumables are final sale once opened.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. If we made the mistake, we cover the return shipping.

How to start a return or claim

Email orders@centexproshop.com with your order number (it starts with CPS-), what is wrong, and photos if relevant. You will hear back within one business day.
