Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

All original components, tags, and documentation must be included

Items must be in resalable condition
Items that are not eligible for return include:

Installed or used cue tips, shafts, or components

Custom, modified, or repaired items

Clearance or final-sale items

Gift cards
Return authorization is required before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Process
To request a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
If approved:

Return instructions will be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Items received that do not meet return eligibility may be sent back at the customer’s expense or declined.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds do not include:

Original shipping charges

Return shipping costs

Any installation or service fees
If a refund is rejected, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

Shipping label
We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Manufacturer Warranty (Predator Products)
Predator-branded products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty provided by Predator Group, subject to their terms and conditions.
Warranty coverage, eligibility, and determinations are made by Predator, not CenTex Pro Shop.
CenTex Pro Shop does not modify, extend, or replace the manufacturer’s warranty.
For Predator warranty claims:

Proof of purchase is required

Items may need to be submitted directly to Predator or through us, depending on the product and issue

Normal wear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are not covered
Warranty processing timelines are determined by the manufacturer.
Non-Predator Products & Services
Warranty coverage for non-Predator products, if applicable, is defined by the original manufacturer.
Cue repair, installation, and service work are final once performed and are not eligible for return or refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks filed without prior communication or in violation of this policy may be disputed with supporting documentation.
