Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are fulfilled from Central Texas.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing time includes order verification, inventory confirmation, and packing. It does not include transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or requires additional handling, we will contact you prior to shipment.
Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States using standard carrier services, including UPS and USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier service.
We do not offer flat-rate or free shipping at this time.
Transit Times
Estimated transit times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment.
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Event Pickup & On-Site Delivery
At select events, on-site pickup or delivery may be available by prior arrangement.
Event pickup is only available during the specific event dates and times communicated at the time of purchase. This option is not offered as a standard checkout selection.
Orders not collected during the designated event window may be returned to inventory or shipped at the customer’s expense.
Availability and eligibility for event pickup are determined on a per-event basis.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently supported through the online store.
Any international shipment requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional terms, carrier limitations, customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:

Freight forwarders or third-party reshippers without prior approval

PO Boxes for large or high-value items
Orders flagged for address verification issues or fraud risk may be delayed or canceled.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the carrier using the provided tracking number.
If further assistance is needed, contact us and we will help initiate a carrier inquiry.
CenTex Pro Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus original shipping costs.
